Friday brings a more unsettled pattern as periods of rain move into the region. Daytime highs will reach about 16°C, making it another cool day for late July. Anyone with outdoor plans should have a rain jacket handy as showers become more frequent.
Looking ahead to the weekend, Saturday offers the warmest temperatures of the next several days, climbing to around 20°C. However, the improved warmth comes with an increased risk of scattered showers and even an isolated afternoon thunderstorm in some areas.
By Sunday, conditions settle back into a mostly cloudy pattern with temperatures near 18°C. While it won’t be a washout, a few isolated showers remain possible, so outdoor activities may need a flexible schedule.
The good news is that a gradual warm-up is expected early next week, with temperatures pushing into the low 20s by Monday before another round of rain arrives later in the week.
